We do not offer refunds, but we offer exchanges for the same product only in case:
- The product you received is open or damaged
- The products you received are not the same as what you ordered
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the above criteria and must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless our team has contacted you, and your exchange has been accepted.
Exchanges
Once your exchange product(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the status of the exchange item
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the order will be delivered to you within a certain number of days.
Late or missing delivery
If you haven’t received your order yet, check with the courier partner assigned to the tracking order provided to you

Shipping returns
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to C/64,4th main road, KSSIDC, Veerapura post, Doddaballapura, Bangalore, Karnataka – 561203
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
